Some features may require account activation, facility configuration, invitation, whitelist approval, consent records, staff training, system availability, supported devices, supported browsers, supported file or audio formats, AI-provider availability, speech-provider availability, payment confirmation, or successful processing of submitted content.
10. Subscription Terms

16. Defects, Availability, and Disclaimers
The Service is provided subject to the Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, accuracy, suitability for care settings, voice quality, AI-output accuracy, or achievement of any engagement, loneliness, operational, clinical, commercial, or financial result.
